Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after being placed.
  • During peak periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
  • Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, it is officially in transit.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

  • United States: 6–12 business days
  • Worldwide: 6–12 business days

Please note: delivery delays may occur due to holidays, peak seasons, courier delays, weather disruptions, or customs processing. These factors are outside of our control and may extend delivery times.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.
  • If our system flags an address issue, we may reach out for verification. Failure to respond may result in cancellation.
  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update it, but changes cannot be guaranteed after this window.

Important: If a package has already shipped and the carrier marks it as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Sanamood is not responsible for the loss. In such cases, no refunds or reshipments will be issued, as it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.

Delayed Delivery

We work hard to ensure orders are delivered as quickly as possible, but delays can happen due to:

  • Severe weather or transportation disruptions
  • Courier service delays
  • Customs clearance
  • High order volume during sales or holidays

If we encounter a processing issue with your order, such as product availability or address verification, we will notify you promptly.

Sanamood is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors, but we will do our best to assist whenever possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, packages may occasionally be lost or stolen in transit. If this happens:

  1. Contact our support team for guidance.
  2. File a claim directly with the courier company. We can assist with instructions when possible.
  3. In rare cases, at our discretion, we may provide a one-time replacement as a courtesy.

Please note: Sanamood is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered or are in the carrier’s possession. In unresolved cases, filing a police report may also help.
