If you are not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, please contact our support team for assistance.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
After this window, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and changes may no longer be possible.
All cancellations are subject to a 30% cancellation/restocking fee to cover processing and handling costs incurred once an order is placed. This policy helps us maintain fast turnaround times and protect fulfillment costs while keeping free shipping available for customers.

We’re confident in our products and encourage you to use them for at least 14 days before starting a return.
If you’re still not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days for a refund. Please note: shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
To begin your return, please contact our support team and include your order number or the name and email address used when placing your order so we can process your request quickly.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Refunds are issued once we receive proof that the package has been shipped back, such as a valid tracking number or a clear image of the shipping receipt.
Damaged Items
We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if your product arrives defective or physically damaged, please report it within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
If eligible, customers may choose one of the following:
- A replacement product sent at no additional cost, or
- A refund for the defective item.
Please note that only one resolution option, replacement or refund, may be selected per order.
Damage to packaging alone does not qualify as a damaged product. Items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, improper handling, or misuse are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to deliver your order promptly, delays outside of our control, such as courier delays, severe weather, or customs processing, may occur.
For delivery problems after an order has shipped, please contact the courier directly. Sanamood is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility or are in the carrier’s possession.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
If the carrier marks a package as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the loss.
