This policy explains how to pay for Sanamood orders and where to get help with a payment.
Available payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards, plus PayPal. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Venmo are available when supported by your device, browser and payment account. Choose from the payment methods displayed in your checkout.
Additional payment options may be offered at checkout, subject to eligibility and the terms shown for that option.
Prices and currency
Our base catalog is priced in U.S. dollars. BUCKS displays local prices in USD, GBP or CAD. Checkout uses USD for delivery to the United States, GBP for the United Kingdom and CAD for Canada. The final checkout total is calculated securely from the catalog and accepted discounts. Review the currency and final amount displayed on the payment screen before authorising your payment. If your payment account uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or fees. Sanamood does not set those charges.
Payment confirmation
The full order amount is requested when you submit your payment. We begin order processing after successful payment confirmation. Some payment methods can take longer to confirm. An unsuccessful attempt may leave a temporary authorisation on your account. Your bank or payment provider controls when that hold is released.
Secure payment handling
Payment information is sent through an encrypted checkout to the relevant payment provider. Sanamood does not store your full card number or card security code. Please never send card details, passwords or verification codes to our support team.
Who handles your order and payment
Sanamood is the seller of your clothing and is responsible for your order, delivery, returns and customer support. Payments are handled securely by our payment service providers.
For payments processed through Whop, Whop acts as the payment processor and is identified on your card or bank statement. Sanamood remains the supplier of your order. The Whop Buyer Terms apply to those payments.
Taxes, delivery and the final total
Any applicable tax and delivery charge is shown in the checkout total before you pay. Review the items, quantities, discounts and final amount before completing your order.
Discounts and bundle offers
Enter a discount code before payment and check that it has been accepted. Eligible automatic and bundle savings appear in the checkout total. Minimum quantities, product eligibility, expiry dates and whether offers can be combined are governed by the terms of each offer. A code that does not qualify will not reduce the total.
The amount shown when you authorise payment is the amount payable. We cannot automatically add a missed discount to an already completed order. Contact support if you believe an advertised offer has not been applied correctly before you pay.
Declined or duplicate payments
If your payment fails, check your billing details and available funds, or try another method offered at checkout. Your payment provider can explain a decline that Sanamood cannot resolve. If you see more than one charge, or payment appears to have succeeded without an order confirmation, contact us before trying again. Include your order number if available and the email used at checkout, but no sensitive card information.
Order verification
We may pause an order while checking a suspected unauthorised payment and contact you for relevant order information. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.
